Hikoality provides an AI-powered documentation generation platform tailored for ISTQB standards. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the platform for your personal or internal business purposes.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials.
  • Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Not use the platform to generate illegal, harmful, or prohibited content.

4. Intellectual Property & Your Content

You retain all rights to the input and project descriptions you provide to Hikoality. You also own the output documentation generated by the AI based on your inputs. We claim no ownership over your intellectual property. However, you grant Hikoality a necessary license to process your inputs to provide the service.

Data Promise

For clarity and avoidance of doubt: We will never sell, rent, or otherwise monetize your User Content or personal data.

5. Limitation of Liability

Hikoality is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. In no event shall Hikoality or its developers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
